The Opportunity
Implementation of advertising campaigns on broadcast, pay, and local TV for Sabritas brands. Monitoring and canceling campaigns, using the allocated budgets for each brand on established dates and achieving planned advertising weights (WRPs) and reach. Contracting and monitoring of alternative media plans. Billing control. Monitoring competitor activity.
Your Impact as Media Analyst your functions would consist of:
- Selection of TV programs based on key brand indicators (ratings, cost per rating point, reach, frequency, and affinity).
- Development of advertising guidelines and contracting. Monitoring and tracking campaigns to meet established goals in terms of both investment and advertising dollars.
- Monitoring alternative media campaigns, maintaining strict control of orders, receipts, and radio broadcast schedules, as well as photographs for outdoor media.
- Reconciliation and control of billing for payment amortization, including television and alternative media, carrying out the process from receipt of invoices to payment control.
- Monitoring competitor activity, detecting their TV activity. Sending images to brand managers and creating commercial reels.
Who Are We Looking For?
- Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Advertising, Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in a similar position or in a Media Agency.
- Advanced English (Written and Spoken skills).
- Experience in data analysis.
- Knowledge using Power BI, Nielsen Systems, Microsoft Excel, and HR Ratings.
