SEGULA Technologies seeks an experienced Mechatronics Design Release Engineer (DRE) – Exterior Locks & Seats to lead the development and release of electro‑mechanical access and seating systems across global platforms.

This remote‑first role requires strong cross‑functional coordination; you will travel to Saltillo, Toluca and Mexico City for pilot builds, tooling trials, root‑cause analysis, and production launches.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering as specified.
• 3+ years of DRE or automotive mechatronic design experience.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end lifecycle for mechatronic access and seating systems.
• Coordinate packaging, analyses, and integration in CATIA/Siemens NX.
• Develop and execute DVP&R covering environmental, durability, and safety tests.
• Manage suppliers on tooling timelines and PPAP approvals.
• Travel to Saltillo, Toluca, and Mexico City for pilot builds and launches.
• Collaborate with BIW, interior, BCM, and quality teams.
