Groupe SEGULA Technologies SA in Mexico is seeking a Design Release Engineer (DRE) for Electrical & Electronics to own the full lifecycle of EECI components from concept through production release. The role combines engineering leadership with hands-on validation, including bench tests and vehicle-level validation, while allowing remote work and occasional travel to plants and suppliers in Mexico.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in design release and vehicle electrical systems.
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end design release for EECI components and modules.
• Collaborate with architects to integrate harnesses and power distribution.
• Direct suppliers through DFM reviews and ECO management.
• Define and execute DVP&R with bench and HIL testing.
• Travel to assembly plants in Mexico for prototype and ramp-up support.
• Lead root-cause analysis for failure modes and quality issues.
