Serás clave en el desarrollo de productos innovadores, utilizando herramientas de simulación para predecir y optimizar el comportamiento de nuestros diseños antes de que existan físicamente.
Formación Académica: Estudiante activo de los últimos semestres de Ingeniería Mecánica o Ingeniería Mecatrónica.
Intereses Académicos: Fuerte inclinación por el Diseño Asistido por Computadora (CAD) y la Ingeniería Asistida por Computadora (CAE).
Experiencia Deseable: Familiaridad, aunque sea académica, con software de Análisis por Elemento Finito (FEA).
Buscamos a un futuro ingeniero con una gran curiosidad por: Ciencia de los Materiales y su comportamiento. Simulaciones mecánicas (análisis estructural, de vibraciones, de impacto). Simulaciones térmicas y transferencia de calor. El proceso de inyección de plástico y su simulación.
Inglés Avanzado/Fluido: Comunicación efectiva indispensable para colaborar con equipos globales (100% requerido).
Excelente comprensión de los principios de la mecánica, termodinámica y materiales.
Se valorará cualquier experiencia previa (proyectos, prácticas) en la industria automotriz.
Genuino interés en la tecnología, la automatización y la mejora continua de procesos.
Colaborar activamente con el equipo de diseño y desarrollo mecánico en la validación de componentes. Preparar, ejecutar y analizar resultados de simulaciones mecánicas, térmicas y de flujo de inyección de plástico. Generar reportes técnicos con los hallazgos y proponer mejoras de diseño basadas en los resultados de las simulaciones. Participar en las revisiones técnicas de los nuevos proyectos en desarrollo.

Job Description: Are you passionate about engineering and virtual validation? Our Automotive Lighting division invites you to join our cutting-edge team as a Mechanical Simulation (CAE) Intern. You will play a key role in developing innovative products, using advanced simulation tools to predict and optimize the performance of our designs before they are physically built.
Educational Background: Active student in the final semesters of a Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering degree program.
Academic Interests: Strong focus on Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE).
Desirable Experience: Academic or practical familiarity with Finite Element Analysis (FEA) software.
We are looking for a future engineer with a deep curiosity for: Materials science and their behavior. Mechanical simulations (structural, vibration, and impact analysis). Thermal simulations and heat transfer. The plastic injection molding process and its simulation.
Advanced/Fluent English: Effective communication is essential for collaborating with our global teams (100% required).
Excellent understanding of mechanical, thermodynamic, and materials principles.
Previous experience (projects, internships) within the automotive industry is highly valued.
A genuine interest in technology, automation, and continuous process improvement.
Actively collaborate with the mechanical design and development team on component validation. Prepare, execute, and analyze the results of mechanical, thermal, and plastic injection flow simulations. Generate technical reports with findings and propose design improvements based on simulation results. Participate in technical reviews for new projects under development.
