Valeo in Querétaro is seeking an ambitious R&D Trainee/Apprentice to join the System Team Leader group. You will assist in evaluating requirements, developing test specifications, and managing traceability for multiple hardware/software interfaces in automotive projects.

You will gain hands-on experience with Ethernet and CAN analysis, test bench scheduling, and OEM vehicle integration while working under a structured trainee program designed for growth and exposure to cutting-edge mobility

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate requirements to ensure full test coverage of system interfaces and stakeholder requirements.
• Develop system test specifications covering system requirements and stakeholder needs.
• Develop traceability matrices mapping test specs to requirements.
• Manage and verify test environments and test case data for a release.
• Root cause software anomalies found during execution and describe issues in ECU testing.
• Prepare and review Test Case Specifications and test plans with peers.
• Align system test specifications with Function/Feature owners and summarize results for approval.
• Schedule system test benches for executions and support vehicle integration with OEM teams.
• Perform trace analysis using Ethernet and CAN tools, and support closing of system test activities.
• Conduct smoke, regression, stress tests and full validation (DVP&R) across environments.
• Innovate and develop alternative test solutions to existing strategies.
