Valeo Sistemas Electricos SA de CV is seeking a highly motivated Human Resources Intern (Practicante Recursos Humanos) to support our HR department in various daily operations and projects, in a dynamic industrial environment.

This part-time trainee role offers practical experience in recruitment, onboarding, data administration, training coordination, and employee engagement, with exposure to a global company known for innovation in mobility.

Formación

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Psychology.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Fluency in Spanish; English is highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with recruitment and selection processes, including posting openings and screening resumes.
• Support onboarding and offboarding activities for employees.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy.
• Assist in preparing HR reports and presentations.
• Support coordination of training programs and employee development.
• Participate in organizing employee engagement activities.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team, including filing and data entry.
• Assist with compliance tasks and HR policy implementation.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the HR Manager.

• Support the coordination of training programs and employee development initiatives.
• Participate in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
• Assist with compliance-related tasks and HR policy implementation.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the HR Manager.

Job Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of HR principles and practices is a plus.
• Fluency in Spanish and English is highly desirable.
