As a Mechanical Manufacturing Engineer in the Landis+Gyr Supply Chain Organization, you will join the team responsible for setting and managing the manufacturing standards for Landis+Gyr. You are a Manufacturing expert with a proven track record of overcoming huge obstacles to successfully launch new products in Contract Manufacturer (CM), Injection Molding Manufacturer and Metals Stamping Manufacturer (ODM) environments. You are hands on and have extensive understanding of the tools, processes and techniques used to manufacture products. The engineer will be responsible for communicating with external and internal suppliers to mitigate impacts to production and New Product Integration (NPI). You are a valued partner to the product development team through your industry knowledge, your experience identifying and qualifying advanced manufacturing techniques and your spot on Design for Excellence (DFX) feedback.
