Sensata Technologies in Aguascalientes, Mexico is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to collaborate with local and global teams on product design that meets customer specifications. You will contribute to design, validation, documentation, and the execution of launch items for production.

Responsibilities include static/dynamic design analysis of electro-mechanical components, design verification through empirical testing, and coordination with technicians and drafting teams.

Formación

• A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)

Responsabilidades

• Assists with static, dynamic design, and analysis of electro-mechanical components.
• Performs design verification by collecting empirical data through experiments.
• Participates in feasibility studies and testing on new/modified designs.
• Coordinates with technicians and drafting teams in design/prototyping.
• Coordinates failure analysis investigations and engineering evaluations.
