E-Solutions is seeking an HVAC design engineer to drive new product development under the guidance of the Product Development Engineering Coordinator. You will design, develop, and validate products to meet customer requirements and performance specs.

You\'ll create drawings, BOMs, CAD models, test reports, participate in DFMEA, DVP&R and design reviews, and collaborate with manufacturing, quality, purchasing, and supply chain.

Formación

• Bachelor's or higher in Electromechanical, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Mechatronics, Industrial Processes, Aeronautical, or related field.
• English proficiency CEFR B1 or higher.
• 1–3 years of new product introduction experience desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Under the Product Development Engineering Coordinator, design, develop and validate new HVAC products per customer requirements and performance specifications.
• Create and maintain drawings, specification sheets, BOMs, CAD models, and test reports.
• Participate in DFMEA, DVP&R, and design reviews to ensure product robustness.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, purchasing, supply chain, and production teams to ensure design feasibility.
• Implement improvements to existing products via redesign / cost-reduction (Value Engineering / VAVE).
• Provide technical support during pilot, production start-up, and post-release phases.
• Ensure proper management of engineering changes (ECOs / ECNs) for products under your responsibility.

• Under the direction of the Product Development Engineering Coordinator, design, develop, and validate new HVAC products in line with customer requirements, technical standards, and performance specifications.
• Create and maintain drawings, specification sheets, BOMs, CAD models, and test reports.
• Participate in DFMEA, DVP&R, and design reviews to ensure product robustness.
• Work jointly with manufacturing, quality, purchasing, supply chain, and production teams to ensure overall design feasibility.
• Implement technical improvements to existing products as part of redesign or cost-reduction initiatives (Value Engineering / VAVE).
• Provide technical support during pilot, production start-up, and post-release phases.
• Ensure proper management of engineering changes (ECOs / ECNs) for products under your responsibility.

Language: English proficiency at B1 or higher (CEFR).

Experience

• New product introduction (desirable) (1-3 years)

Technical Skills

• CAD software proficiency (preferably Autodesk Inventor)
• Microsoft Office suite and Adobe Acrobat

Qualification:
