Job Title: Installation Mechanic

Otis is growing and is looking for an installation mechanic for our entity located in XYZ. Your main responsibility is to ensure the safety of passengers and stakeholders by safely installing elevator and escalator units.

On a typical day you will:

1. Install new elevators with quality and efficiency.
2. Work safely in accordance with all Environmental, Health & Safety guidelines.
3. Stay overnight as required.
4. Communicate directly with customers on-site to build good relationships.
5. Conduct inspections before and after installation to ensure safety and quality standards.

What you will need to be successful:

• Qualified to install elevators according to your country's standards.
• Possess a valid driver's license if necessary.
• At least 6 months of experience in elevator installation or related fieldwork.
• Good electrical and mechanical skills.
• Ability to read plans and perform calculations.
• An interest in technical products and new technologies.
• Enjoy manual trades and the satisfaction of completing projects.
