What You’ll Do
As a Distribution Center Supervisor, you will:
- Oversees the accurate receipt, verification (physical vs. documentation), and system entry of finished goods from both Breg plants and external suppliers, ensuring proper storage according to layout and monitoring of temporary storage areas.
- Ensures timely daily replenishment of products to picking locations to maintain uninterrupted order fulfillment operations.
- Manages the end-to-end process for international shipments, including packaging, documentation, on-time dispatch, and coordination with customer service for issue resolution. Leads the execution of the cycle count program with 100% compliance, handles location management, investigates discrepancies, and implements corrective actions to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Ensures adherence to daily work standards (LSW), monitors KPIs, controls overtime, maintains equipment and facility organization, guarantees compliance with quality systems, and upholds team training and safety standards.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree required in Engineering, Administration, Other.
- 3+ years of experience at Warehouse sector.
- Experience with ERP Inventory System.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).
- Computer proficient to include web browser/internet search, MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point capabilities. Technical competence includes the ability to learn new software and systems.
