Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation in Mexicali invites qualified Materials Specialists to join our operations during a hiring event. You will plan and oversee material and production orders, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure timely deliveries to support the master production schedule.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of experience, solid knowledge of MRPs, inventory control, and MS Office; advanced English is required to communicate with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and supervise materials, components, and production orders.
• Adjust planning requisitions for components and orders.
• Follow up on deliveries and negotiate/expedite delivery times and conditions.
• Transfer materials and components between plants as needed.
• Analyze and control materials by inventory classification.
• Prepare and analyze reports, databases, and graphics related to responsibilities.
• Process engineering changes, obsolete or restricted materials, and inventory adjustments.

Determine the current and future needs of raw materials and components required. to meet the masterproduction schedule. Provide timely inputs required. by the business units.

Job Description

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:Essential Functions:

• Planning and supervision requirements of materials, components and or production orders .
• Make adjustments inplanning requisition of the components and production orders .
• Follow up on deliveries of purchase orders,negotiating and or expediting delivery times and conditions .
• Make transfers of materials, components fromplants .
• Analyze and control the materials according to their inventory classification .
• Prepare andanalyze reports, databases and graphics related to their responsibilities .
• Processing engineering changes,obsolete or restricted material and adjustments to inventory levels.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Other Requirements:

• Management MRP systems.
