Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation in Mexicali is looking for a qualified individual to oversee materials management. This full-time role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience managing MRP systems.

The successful candidate will handle planning, supervision, and adjustments of materials and production orders, alongside following up on delivery schedules and analyzing inventory. Strong knowledge of supply chain management and advanced English proficiency are also necessary.

Position Purpose

Determine the current and future needs of raw materials and components required to meet the master production schedule. Provide timely inputs required by the business units.

Job Description

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

• Planning and supervision of materials, components and/or production orders.
• Make adjustments in planning requisition of the components and production orders.
• Follow up on deliveries of purchase orders, negotiating and/or expediting delivery times and conditions.
• Make transfers of materials and components from plants.
• Analyze and control the materials according to their inventory classification.
• Prepare and analyze reports, databases and graphics related to responsibilities.
• Process engineering changes, obsolete or restricted material and adjust inventory levels.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Experience managing MRP systems.
• Experience with MS Office.
• APICS certification.
• Management and inventory control skills.
• Knowledge of the supply chain.
• Advanced English level.
• Power BI preferred.
