Summary Position:

Ensure that the supply of materials meets the production schedule and minimum stock levels to ensure operational and production continuity. Able to deliver efficient, effective, and flexible solutions to meet production requirements. Maintain strong relationships both internally and externally to ensure the supply of materials meets requirements.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging, and always-changing environment is essential. Support the Planning, Production, and Logistics teams to ensure continuous improvement, add value to the organization, and collaborate with different disciplines within the company to achieve results.

The role will monitor and track top-running items to facilitate forecasting, ensuring system models are maintained using business intelligence and forecast information gathered from Order Balancing, Production Balancing Reports, and other sources from Customer Service, Sales Ops, and suppliers.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensure stock levels of all materials (white cards, modules, components, stationery, and consumables) are maintained at defined levels.
  • Ensure production has the required materials to meet customer needs.
  • Ensure the availability of raw materials and consumables when required by orders.
  • Process on-time purchase orders and follow up with critical suppliers.
  • Plan and forecast inbound costs for imported materials.
  • Achieve savings to reduce order expenses, propose, and supervise improvements related to the supply and control of material inventory, and reduce inbound costs.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Oracle.
  • 2 years of experience in manufacturing processes, time management, and forecasting.
