The role involves managing master material data, supporting supply planning activities, and ensuring compliance with operational standards. Ideal candidates will have a relevant degree and experience with analytics and Oracle systems.

Formación

Execute activities and analysis related to supply planning, material purchasing, material and production planning, inventory control, shipping/receiving, and stores functions within Honeywell to ensure correct supply levels for operations. Support resolving material-related issues caused by supply problems, inventory errors, or demand changes. Act as the linkage for cross-functional stakeholders such as planning and operations. Maintain updated Work Instructions for ISC Intelligrated.

Support CHI ramp-up to AOP 325K hours and manage on-site CHI master material data in collaboration with the Engineering team. Maintain and audit critical Oracle master data, including MOQs, lead times, planner codes, and inventory centers. Utilize Oracle ASCP MRP planning in CHI to execute the 1H plan.

Key Responsibilities:

1. SIOP implementation
2. Manage Master Material Data and support Inventory/Materials Planner in maintaining accurate planning parameters
3. Lead key MOS for planning team and document all standard work
4. Drive transformational projects, milestone achievements, and planning KPIs
5. Support supply planning activities
6. Ensure materials plan accuracy and currency
7. Ensure compliance with Honeywell Operating System
8. Continuously improve material management processes for better business results
9. Organize meetings to monitor metrics (MOS, Scorecards)
10. Create and update Work Instructions and procedures; provide training based on RASIC responsibilities
11. Provide data and analysis for decision-making
12. Escalate potential material constraints

Must Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Engineering
• 1-2 years of educational experience in analytics interacting with Supply Chain areas
• Experience with visualization software (Tableau, SQL, Oracle) for effective querying
• MRP/ERP experience, preferably with Oracle
• Knowledge of analyzing and integrating data from multiple sources
