Mopar seeks a Material Handling Supervisor in Saltillo, Mexico to lead teams responsible for receiving, storing, and delivering materials to meet production targets. The role supports daily production, troubleshoots issues, and allocates resources to maintain throughput.

The ideal candidate will drive lean practices and ensure accurate inventory control. Responsibilities include coordinating with Production, Purchasing, and Planning, maintaining safety standards, and tracking KPIs such as

• Experience leading hourly production or material-handling teams.
• Familiarity with FIFO/FEFO inventory practices.
• Understanding of lean manufacturing concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise daily operations related to receiving, storing, picking, and delivering materials.
• Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, and Planning for continuous material flow.
• Monitor inventory levels and rotate materials (FIFO/FEFO).
• Ensure safe handling procedures and proper use of internal equipment.
• Identify and resolve material supply issues for production lines.
• Validate inventory records and participate in cycle counts and physical inventories.
• Ensure team members are trained and equipped with necessary tools.
• Track and report KPIs such as on-time delivery, inventory accuracy, and picking efficiency.
• Promote safety and 5S standards within the work area.
