Lear Corporation is seeking a Materials Planner to ensure timely procurement of production and indirect materials, maintain inventory within standards, and support continuous improvement initiatives. You will monitor KPIs, resolve issues, and coordinate cross-functional efforts to secure on-time material availability and customer delivery performance.

The role requires experience in materials planning within automotive manufacturing and proficiency in QAD MFG/PRO and advanced Excel.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.

Job Description

Education Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.


• Fluent in English, both written and spoken

Experience Requirements

• Experience in the automotive industry; experience in cut-and-sew operations is preferred


• Minimum of 3 years of experience in materials planning, logistics, procurement, or supply chain operations.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.


• Experience with QAD MFG/PRO and advanced Excel skills preferred.
