• Inventory management experience including cycle counts and discrepancy analysis (root cause focused).
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Basic to intermediate English communication.
• Microsoft Office proficiency (basic to intermediate).
• Preferred: experience with Oracle and/or SAP systems.
• Preferred: forklift operation experience.

We are looking for a Materials Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and controlling in-process material inventory, ensuring timely material supply to production lines, and supporting continuous improvement in material flow processes. This position plays a key role in maintaining production efficiency and inventory accuracy

Main Responsibilities

• Maintain, control, and report the status of in-process material inventory.
• Generate and execute action plans to achieve and maintain target inventory levels in manufacturing areas.
• Propose and implement improvements to material flow processes.
• Receive and verify production materials.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Adhere to and enforce safety and quality standards and policies.
• Escalate issues to management and ensure timely follow-up.
• Supply materials to production lines based on material tickets and production requirements.

Experience & Skills

• High School Diploma.
• Basic to Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Basic to Intermediate level of English.
• Previous experience in inventory management, cycle counts, and discrepancy analysis using root cause analysis.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Preferred: Experience using Oracle and/or SAP systems.
• Preferred: Experience operating forklifts.
• Flexible schedule availability.
