Stellantis Saltillo plant seeks a Logistics Supervisor to oversee hourly material handlers, manage line-side inventory, and support efficient production operations. You will report on safety, quality and throughput, coordinate with union leadership, enforce PIV safety and preventive maintenance standards, and drive Lean/SIS improvements across the line.

English proficiency is required. An engineering degree in Industrial/Logistics and 1–2+ years in warehouse logistics are preferred;

Formación

• Engineer degree in Industrial / Logistics / Supply Chain is required.
• 1–2+ years experience in warehouse or plant logistics preferred.
• Certifications in forklift operation, safety, or supply chain are a bonus.

Responsabilidades

Strategic Goal: Deliver consistent and safe material delivery performance to production lines, enabling maximum throughput and operational efficiency.

• Supervise hourly material handling employees to support production.
• Manage line-side inventory replenishment and equipment operation.
• Report on area safety, quality, and throughput.
• Partner with union leadership on workforce issues.
• Enforce PIV safety and preventive maintenance standards.
• Drive Lean/SIS implementation and staff performance.

EDUCATION:

• Minimum: Engineer degree (Industrial / Logistics/ Supply Chain)
• Preferred: Experience (1–2+ years) in warehouse/plant logistics
• Bonus: Certifications (forklift, safety, supply chain)

LANGUAGES – English 60% (Intermediate +)

SKILLS: solid grasp of how materials flow through a plant

• Operational Skills (Logistics areas optimization /FIFO /Inventory management, delivery methods, safety regulation, KPI improvements)
• Continuous improvement (Lean principles, Kaizen, 5S/5T, problem solving & decision-making)
