Job Responsibilities

  1. Receive and store materials in designated warehouse locations.
  2. Fill work orders for assembly areas promptly and accurately.
  3. Supply requisitions of materials for Rack Molding and Blow Molding areas.
  4. Consolidate warehouse locations for efficient space utilization.
  5. Operate electric forklifts and handle pallets following safety protocols.
  6. Use scales to accurately weigh materials.
  7. Prepare shipments for dispatch.
  8. Capture transactions efficiently using scanners.
  9. Receive materials from external and internal suppliers.
  10. Manage import charges and coordinate with local warehouses.
  11. Transfer materials seamlessly to the production area.
  12. Manage materials sent to recycling companies.
  13. Arrange molding materials methodically.
  14. Conduct regular reviews of forklift operations.
  15. Implement 5S methodology for workplace organization.
  16. Review planning programs for cell assortment thoroughly.
  17. Analyze programs for effective execution.
  18. Print and distribute packing lists for kit assortment.
  19. Requisition materials from external warehouses to supply production kits.
  20. Perform inventory control and adjustments meticulously.
  21. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  2. Experience in material handling and warehouse operations.
