The role acts as a bridge between customer, warehouse operations, and service delivery teams, using SAP and Excel to analyze data and drive decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of logistics experience, excellent Excel skills, and a customer-focused mindset in a fast-paced environment with frequent customer interaction.

• Maintain accurate planning data and documentation.
