C.H. Robinson is seeking a Supply Chain Planner in Monterrey to join our team. You will manage customer orders in SAP, analyze planning data, and coordinate with warehouses and service delivery teams to ensure on-time fulfillment and responsive service.

The ideal candidate brings strong logistics experience, excellent Excel skills, and a customer-focused mindset, thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with frequent customer interaction.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required in logistics, business, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in logistics or supply chain planning.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) and data analysis.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Create, manage, and monitor customer orders within SAP.
• Download, analyze, and maintain operational reports and planning data.
• Plan and coordinate order execution with customers, warehouse teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Review order status and inventory information to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Communicate proactively with customers regarding planning activities, order updates, and issue resolution.
• Identify risks, delays, or supply disruptions and propose solutions.
