Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation in Mexico is seeking a Material Flow Engineer (NPI) to support new product introductions and production lines. You will work with Engineering, Operations, Planning, Warehouse and Supply Chain to optimize material deployment and ensure continuity.

You will configure SAP MM/MRP, design material flow strategies, and monitor KPIs while collaborating across cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 0–3 years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, or material planning.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of SAP MM / MRP and Material Master processes.
• Understanding of material flow concepts such as warehouse flow and line feeding.
• Intermediate English for documentation and global teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain parameters for new part numbers generated through ECNs.
• Configure SAP Material Master and MRP-related parameters.
• Design material flow strategies for new production lines.
• Define purchasing methods, supermarkets, material areas and logistics container strategies.
• Support layout definition and internal material flow optimization.
