Johnson Controls is seeking a Material Flow Engineer in the Monterrey area to design, implement, and optimize material flow strategies across production lines. You will ensure timely and accurate material delivery to support manufacturing operations and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and productivity.

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in material flow, logistics engineering, or manufacturing support.
• Knowledge of material flow processes.
• Experience in PFEP & ABC/XYZ analysis.
• Knowledge in tugger route implementation.
• Knowledge in Kanban and Kitting process implementation.
• Familiarity with lean tools and methodologies.
• Ability to calculate headcount requirements.
• Experience with software design and intermediate Excel skills.
• Intermediate English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP preferred).
• Analytical skills with ability to interpret data and propose improvements.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
