General Motors in Toluca, Mexico, seeks a driven supply chain professional to execute deliverables supporting business objectives across the Global Supply Chain. The role involves cross-functional interaction, supplier relationship management, and solving complex capacity and logistics challenges to minimize plant disruptions.

The candidate will analyze supplier schedules, communicate resolutions to leadership, and travel to plant locations for onsite support during launches and build-outs.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Systems Engineering, Automation, or a related field or relevant experience.
• Minimum of one year of experience in material handling.
• Experience with Pull Systems.
• Proven experience conducting Root Cause Analysis.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Experience in logistics or material flow is preferred.
• Availability to work rotating shifts under a 4x3 schedule.

Responsabilidades

• Executes deliverables to support the supply chain objectives across the organization.
• Supports relationship management with logistic suppliers and service providers.
• Lead teams in cross-functional environments to resolve complex supply chain issues.
• Assess supplier schedules and their impact on vehicle assembly production.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to develop creative solutions.
