Chamberlain Group México is seeking a Production Planner to manage daily production plans and balance capacity across multiple work centers. You will coordinate with production management to meet delivery and inventory goals and oversee production order releases.

A bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in purchasing or material control with supplier contact are required. The role requires strong MRP knowledge (SAP), plan optimization, and KPI-driven problem solving to keep schedules aligned with demand

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in relevant subject area is required.
• 3+ years of experience in purchasing and/or material control as a buyer, expeditor or planner with extensive supplier contact.
• Strong knowledge of MRP systems (SAP) and master scheduling required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily production plans to balance requirements against available capacity across multiple work centers.
• Coordinate with production management to ensure delivery and inventory goals are met; establish and evaluate production schedule priorities; oversee the release of production orders.
• Analyze work centers capacity and level load requirements to ensure production schedule is met.
• Lead and present at manufacturing core team meetings, discuss KPIs, identify issues, and align on potential solutions to ensure that the plan is met.
• Identify and coordinate resource needs to execute production plans; create plans to resolve demand and supply issues.
• Align production schedules to meet target stock levels; manage and optimize the master production schedule for labor and production equipment utilization.

This role is within Chamberlain Group's Operations and Supply Chain group. A successful incumbent is expected to (i) Execute daily production plans to balance requirements against available capacity; evaluate capacity across multiple work centers to meet the production plans, and (ii) Coordinate with production management to ensure delivery and inventory goals are met; Establish and evaluate production schedule priorities; Oversee the release of production orders; Analyze work centers capacity and level loads requirements to ensure production schedule is meet.. Requires 3+ years of experience in purchasing and/or material control as a buyer, expeditor or planner with extensive supplier contact and a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in relevant subject area.

• Manages daily production plans to balance requirements against available capacity; evaluate capacity across multiple work centers to meet the production plans
• Coordinate with production management to ensure delivery and inventory goals are met; Establish and evaluate production schedule priorities; Oversee the release of production orders; Analyze work centers capacity and level loads requirements to ensure production schedule is meet.
• Lead and present at manufacturing core team meetings, discuss KPIs, identify issues, and align on potential solutions to ensure that the plan is met
• Identify and coordinate resource needs in order to execute production plans; create plan to resolve demand and supply issues
• Align production schedule to meet target stock levels; manage and optimize the master production schedule for labor and production equipment utilization
• Ensure customer orders are produced and shipped on time to comply with customer pick up dates (MTO)
• Identify risks and opportunities, coordinate projects with other groups to keep process and procedure continuous improvements
• Actively participates in the creation of planning process for new production processes.
• Protect Chamberlain Group’s reputation by keeping information confidential
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies

Minimum Qualifications

Education/Certifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant subject area

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in purchasing and/or material control as a buyer, expeditor or planner with extensive supplier contact

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Working knowledge of MRP systems (SAP)
• Able to establish effective working relationships with suppliers
• Advanced knowledge of realistic master schedules; planning, programming and sequencing production and capacity planning
