Overview

As the Master Data Management specialist, you will ensure that the MDM data remains accurate, accessible, and utilised effectively across the organisation. Your collaboration with various functional teams will be vital to support the integration and use of data, thereby facilitating communication between end-users and counterparts in the region. You will play a key role in ensuring that all MDM processes are executed seamlessly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee all aspects of Master Data Management, ensuring seamless data flow and compliance with organisational standards.
  • Work collaboratively with various functional teams to identify data requirements and develop robust strategies for data governance.
  • Act as a point of contact for all MDM-related queries, guiding users through processes and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
  • Continuously analyse and improve MDM processes, implementing best practices to enhance data quality and integrity.
  • Support training initiatives for staff on MDM systems and processes to foster a culture of data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure the integration of data systems aligns with overall business objectives.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficient in data management practices and experienced with MDM tools and technologies.
  • Strong analytical skills, with meticulous attention to detail and capability to work with complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of liaising effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
  • A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving, complemented by strong organisational abilities.
  • Experience in project management and process improvement methodologies would be advantageous.
