Formación

• 4+ years of experience in similar positions required.

This position reports to

Planning & Fulfillment Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to manage the creation, update, maintenance, deletion, and delivery of master data while ensuring that it is consistent and trustworthy. Each day, you will provide support for master data management processes. You will also showcase your expertise by participating in programs to optimize business functions through data-driven insights. The work model for the role is: #LI-Remote. This role is contributing to the Electrification Business in Apodaca, Nuevo Leon. You will be mainly accountable for:

1. Ensuring that master data integrity, cleansing, normalization, and quality is maintained efficiently and accurately in all systems within the scope of responsibility.
2. Assisting in the overall solution of quality issues by participating in the elimination of non-conformance and adopting the approach of ‘doing it right the first time’.
3. Documenting, reviewing, and updating all work procedures pertaining to all aspects of data policies and system maintenance.
4. Participating in the development, updating, and maintenance of procedures, tools, and metrics.

Qualifications for the role

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or similar.
• 4+ years of experience in similar positions.
• High-level SAP MM/PP or WM experience.
• Strong Excel experience, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and formulas.
• Knowledge of the manufacturing sector.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing.
• Ideally, an electrical and mechanical background.
• The role is to maintain accurate master data and create reports to verify parameters.
• Update parameterization.
