Master Data Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented Master Data Analyst to join our team. As a Master Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial data, while providing exceptional customer service and insights to drive business growth.

About the Role:

As a Master Data Analyst, you will be responsible for:

1. Overseeing and maintaining master data across various ERP and CRM systems, such as SAP, Jira, and Evolve.
2. Handling customer inquiries and working closely with stakeholders to identify and prioritize master data needs.
3. Conducting regular data checks in the ERP system to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
4. Ensuring adherence to company policies and relevant regulations, while maintaining proper documentation for audit purposes.
5. Processing customer requests from various departments within the company in a timely manner, ensuring that all requests are handled according to the Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Required technical and professional expertise

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field
• Proven experience in financial systems or a similar finance role
• Proficiency in accounting software, Microsoft Excel, SAP, and Jira
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
