Formación

Job Summary
As an Accountant, you will analyze financial data, prepare accurate reports, and ensure compliance with internal and external standards. You’ll be responsible for key accounting functions such as general ledger maintenance, financial reporting, and month-end closings—playing a vital role in the financial accuracy and operational success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Execute monthly accounting close processes in compliance with US GAAP.

Perform general ledger account analysis, reconciliations, and SOX control documentation.

Collaborate with the General Accounting team to generate accurate daily and monthly financial reports.

Engage with vendors and customers to resolve issues related to fixed assets and related entries.

Support timely month-end closing by identifying and addressing potential issues early.

Contribute to ongoing accounting operations and other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

3–5 years of relevant accounting experience.

Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting practices.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Familiarity with ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP is a plus.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Analytical thinker with problem-solving capabilities.

Flexible and adaptable to evolving processes and business needs.

Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate across functions and build positive working relationships.
