What you will do

• Evaluating and implementing marketing technology tools and platforms that help optimize the customer journey.
• Help marketing operational teams to developing and implementing strategies that enable effective use of MarTech tools.
• Integrating marketing technology with other business systems, such as CRM or e-commerce platforms.
• Maintaining and troubleshooting MarTech systems to ensure they function correctly.
• Working closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and data teams.
• Analyzing data from various sources to evaluate campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensuring data security and privacy compliance when working with customer data.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest trends in marketing technology and identifying new tools that can improve marketing effectiveness.

What you'll bring

• At least 3 years of working experience in project management, product owner or similar roles
• Experience with Advertising technology : Google Marketing Platform, Sizmek, Adform, etc.
• Autonomous professional with a strong customer and goal-focused attitude while remaining curious, innovative and action-driven.
• Profound knowledge of marketing tools such as CDPs and Data lake, Marketing automation and CRM, app and web push.
• Strategic view on CRM and Loyalty program.
• SEO & SEA proven expertise.
• Solution-driven approach to business questions and challenges.
• Analytically strong and well-developed communication skills.
• Well-versed in data analytics and can use data-driven insights to make informed decisions.
• Verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish; ability to communicate to the senior executives
