Citi in Mexico City is seeking a Markets Segments & Services Analyst to join the team and develop expertise in monitoring, analyzing and evaluating processes and data. You will identify policy gaps and formulate recommendations to improve business practices.

Responsibilities include product strategy, developing capabilities based on market demand, and managing P&L with a focus on fee growth while ensuring risk is assessed and compliance upheld.

Formación

• 0–2 years relevant experience.
• Demonstrated business management (P&L), analytical, communication and client facing skills.
• Proven organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to present internally and externally to senior executives.
• Capacity to proactively anticipate, identify and resolve problems.
• Strategy oriented with ability to prioritize.
• Desire to drive projects.

Responsabilidades

• Product strategy and product management for key capabilities.
• Development of new capabilities and solutions based on market demand.
• P&L Management (reporting and analyzing financials to ensure goals are met) with focus on fee growth.
