Citigroup Inc. in Mexico City is seeking a junior Product Owner to help shape product strategy and manage key capabilities.

The role emphasizes hands-on product management, market-driven development, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams. You will monitor P&L indicators, support risk assessment, and contribute to fee growth while upholding Citi policies and high standards of professional conduct.

• 0-2 years relevant experience in product management
• Demonstrated P&L, analytical, communication and client-facing skills
• Proven organizational skills and ability to present to senior executives
• Excellent written, communication, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Product strategy and product management for key capabilities
• Development of new capabilities and solutions based on market demand
• P&L Management (reporting and analyzing financials to ensure goals are being met) with focus on fee growth
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
