Job Summary
• This role is responsible for assisting in web marketing projects, maintaining accurate product information on the web, and managing online content. The role assists with SEO, collects website traffic data, and supports content creation and management efforts. Additionally, the role participates in training sessions to enhance skills, contributes to projects through research and data analysis, and supports priority projects while maintaining internal relationships and sharing information through standardized reports.
Responsibilities
• Assists in implementation of web or interactive marketing technologies and projects to reach online customers or internal audiences.
• Supports in maintaining product information, configurations, and pricing on the web, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and customer- friendly presentation.
• Implements editorial plan and content for online properties, landing pages or websites.
• Learns and assists with keyword research, on-page SEO optimization, and paid ads campaigns.
• Collects and reports website traffic and search engine rankings.
• Supports web and interactive content creation efforts and assists in management of online properties like social media accounts, portal etc.
• Participates in training sessions and workshops to enhance web marketing skills.
• Ensures compliance with all web standards, processes and tools, and regulatory laws.
• Applies foundational principles and contributes proactively to projects through research and data analysis support, providing regular updates on accomplishments and impediments.
• Supports priority projects with direction, maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders and sharing information via standardized reports.
Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Computer Science, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 2+ years of work experience, preferably in Interactive marketing, online customer service, or a related field.
