Job summary

Sensient Technologies Corporation in Mexico is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our team in Tlalnepantla. You will develop content for presentations, brochures, advertising, blogs, and social media, and craft customer-centric concepts using market insights.

You’ll collaborate with PR and Digital teams, support market research, and help drive marketing initiatives across locations, while presenting in English and delivering creative, data-driven campaigns in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in marketing, culinary, or creative agency, preferably in food or flavor.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Ability to partner with leaders and provide strategic support.
• Creative thinker, team player, enjoys customer contact in a fast-paced env.
• Working knowledge of the creative platform.
• Ability to work under pressure and present in English.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our team in Tlalnepantla Mexico. In this role you will be responsible for looking for an individual with an excellent eye for new products, a love for food, and creative skills to join as an essential marketing team member. This position fits within the global customer engagement (Nurture) function within Marketing.

What You’ll Do

• Ability to develop content for presentations, brochures, advertising, newsletter, blogs, and create content for social media.
• Build customer-centric ideas using "taste" as your guiding light. This includes generating product concepts using market insights, customer briefs and cross-functional input.
• Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in content development, advertising, trade shows, etc.)
• Accomplishes marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating proactive customers’ presentations.
• Work closely with the PR and Digital team to generate content demonstrating Sensient's knowledge and expertise in the category.
• Support in the market research to understand consumer needs, habits, and trends.
• Support in the VOC (In the case that the area leader is unable to participe).
• Skilled at using data to identify trends and translate them to actions.

What You’ll Bring

• Degree in Food Science, Social Sciences, Marketing, Communication.
• 2- 5 years of experience in a marketing or culinary or creative agency role, preferably in the food or flavor business.
• Must possess strong communication skills.
• Ability to partner with business leaders and provide strategic support.
• Should be a creative thinker and team player, enjoy customer contact and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of the creative platform.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to present in English.
