Your Impact
In this role, you’ll take the lead on planning and executing marketing strategies designed to support our clients and contribute to business growth. You’ll work on personalized campaigns, maintain a consistent brand image, and improve visibility through web, email, and social media channels. We're looking for someone with hands-on experience in digital marketing who can manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results.
What You’ll Do:
● Lead the execution of digital marketing strategies across social media, email, and advertising platforms.
● Create and manage professional branding across all offices and marketing channels.
● Design and implement personalized campaigns tailored to specific client and office goals.
● Manage and optimize the company's websites (Wix Studio or WordPress), ensuring performance and strong SEO.
● Plan and support in-person marketing initiatives and events across the U.S.Monitor campaign analytics, track key metrics, and generate performance reports.
●Coordinate and maintain organized marketing documentation, files, and workflows.
●Stay up-to-date with trends, tools, and best practices across digital platforms and marketing technologies.
● Create, schedule, and manage email campaigns with a focus on lead reactivation and engagement.
● Collaborate directly with internal teams and clients to develop strategic messaging and ensure marketing alignment.
What We’re Looking For:
● Minimum 2 years of proven experience in digital marketing or related roles.
● Strong understanding of branding, audience engagement, and content strategy.
● Experience managing and growing social media communities across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
● Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into results-driven strategies.
● Excellent English communication skills—both written and verbal.
● Self-starter with exceptional organization, attention to detail, and project management skills.
● Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
Preferred (Not required):
● Experience withGoogle Ads, Meta Ads, Zoho CRM, Wix Studio or WordPress.
● Website editing experience using platforms such as Wix Studio or WordPress
● Google Workspace (G Suite) for file management, scheduling, and team collaboration.
What We Offer:
● Based salary + Commissions
