Formación

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Digital PR, Communications, or similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Marketing Specialist

Location: Mexico City, Mexico

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or Liberal Arts degree preferred
  • Working experience: min.1 years of experience in Digital PR, Communications, and Online Based Content or a similar role
  • Advanced or Fluent level of English and excellent communication skills (written and verbal) including presentation and speaking skills
  • Dedication, goal-oriented and ability to manage teams to meet strict deadlines
  • Demonstrate an ability to thrive in a highly visible fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities, possess the love of content advertising and finding new unexpected ways to organically tell the story of the brand/product
  • Be extremely well organized: to-do lists, sheets, automated reports, project management software, knowledge of Google G-Suite, Google Analytics, and Social Media or the ability to learn very fast, critical eye and strive for excellence in everything created
  • High level of independence and responsibility for achieving results
  • Result-driven and with a high level of motivation and persistence

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Be across the overall marketing plan and coordinate with wider sales, marketing and PR teams for maximum effect on the given market/countries
  • Support all campaigns in the field of influencer marketing, content advertising, paid PR, social media and online reputation management
  • Proactive collaboration with trade marketing team
  • Track content and digital trends in assigned markets, test new formats and optimize performance
  • Create plans and work on targeted messaging for all booked content, brief the partners and review all delivered content before publishing so that the quality of created content is at the desired levels
  • Protect the reputation of the products by making sure the audience sees a positive impact
  • Participate in strategies and roadmaps creation for product launch campaigns, sales promotion campaigns and key event campaigns
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities
  • Analyse campaign results to assess budget spent to improve in the next activation
  • Tracks marketing strategy results closely and creates detailed reports with data analysis and other feedback
  • Manage internal communication and project status updates
  • Proactively reporting on outcomes and goal achievements
  • Adjusts marketing plans as needed in response to data tracking efforts
  • All other activities according to Supervisor request in behalf of job position requirements
