Flagright is a rapidly growing compliance software startup with a mission to arm financial institutions with best-in-class technology to combat financial crime, meet Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance regulations, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and achieve peak efficiency.

As we continue our ambitious growth trajectory, we are looking for an experienced Marketing Operations Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities
  • Own day-to-day execution of demand-gen operations for North America and global campaigns.

  • Build, maintain, and optimize HubSpot workflows (lead routing, lifecycle stages, nurture sequences).

  • Manage UTM governance and campaign tracking across ads, content, and events.

  • Maintain and QA attribution models (position-based + data-driven).

  • Manage marketing cost tracking, ensure accurate cost vs pipeline reporting.

  • Produce and distribute the Demand-Generation Snapshot and campaign performance dashboards.

  • Publish weekly Ops Update in Slack with campaign, workflow, and attribution highlights/issues.

  • Partner with SDRs/account executives on lead capture, tagging, and ROI reporting for events.

  • Own post-event data QA and integration into CRM.

  • Troubleshoot and optimise landing page integrations, forms, and CRM sync.

  • Support the rollout of new tools, integrations, and process documentation.

Your Profile
  • 2+ years in marketing ops or demand-gen ops in B2B SaaS.

  • Expert in HubSpot (automation, reporting, lead management).

  • Strong understanding of multi-touch attribution.

  • Advanced Excel/Sheets skills.

  • Proficiency with Looker Studio, BigQuery, or similar BI tools.

  • Strong communicator, able to work cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams.
