We are looking for a motivated Marketing Operations Advisor to join ourIngredients + Specialties(I+S) team!

You will be an integral part of a fast-paced and sophisticated team, responsible for the day-to-day execution of an integrated thought leadership and brand-building program that synthesizes traditional and digital marketing across diverse industries alongside a team of global colleagues. You will build strong relationships, have exemplary writing skills, and show resourcefulness and agility.

What You'll Do

Work cross-functionally with other teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns across I+S industries and support key pivotal initiatives.

Work alongside centralized, functional marketing teams to implement and report on industry social media channels and align content, digital journey, and strategy.

Help support the strategy, execution and logistics of trade shows, virtual/in-person events and experiential marketing initiatives.

Work alongside business contacts and marketing managers to provide communications and branding support for trade shows and physical/virtual/experiential marketing activities.

Coordinate logistics of advertising buys/paid promotions across global online and offline channels.

Advise and counsel on best practices and strategic alignment of marketing campaign execution against business goals and objectives.

Develops creative and practical lead generation, brand building, and innovative products and services.

What You'll Need

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism or related field.

3-5 years of experience in crafting excellent multi-channel experience, particularly in B2B and technical environments.

Ability to travel up to 10%.

Strong writing skills across multiple media.

Experience in understanding the customer journey and optimizing marketing activities based on the current funnel position.

Ability to work across multiple industries and functions to establish a team environment.

Resourcefulness to understand what audiences consume and how to build it.

Highly adaptable and self-motivated with a desire for continuous learning and improvement.

Proven project management, problem-solving and relationship-building skills deployed across large and complex organizations.

Ability to lead and influence without authority, and provide compelling results based on recommendations related to Return on Investment.

Ability to balance multiple tasks and work efficiently to meet targets in a dynamic environment.

Proficiency in Spanish and English isrequired.
