A health technology company is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager in Mexico. The role involves overseeing marketing planning, execution of campaigns, and managing budgets across the business. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in marketing and strong stakeholder management skills. This position requires onsite presence, working collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives.

Formación

  • Minimum 2 years of experience with a bachelor's in Marketing, eCommerce, or equivalent.
  • Experience in KPI management and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of marketing analytics and research.

Overview

Job title: Marketing Operations Manager

Your role:

  • Responsible for marketing planning, program discipline and program execution efforts in the market (medium markets) at country level.
  • Facilitates the market’s annual planning processes and ensures coordination of the marketing plans.
  • Create and maintain the local marketing calendar based on the HS Marketing Plan, BMC enablers and business objectives.
  • Keep an overview of the market’s marketing budget across the business in the country.
  • Execute events in country scope to track activation of campaigns as per the market marketing plan.
  • Ensure that marketing measurement drives performance reviews of key functions and campaigns.
  • Scope: country with direct or hybrid go-to-market with high growth potential in accordance with SPOR.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience with a bachelor's in Marketing, eCommerce, Consumer Marketing or equivalent, OR no prior experience required with a master's degree.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
