Formación

  • 5+ years of experience in regional marketing within financial services.

We are currently looking for a passionate and experienced Marketing Manager to lead and execute our marketing strategy in Latin America, based in our Mexico City office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement regional marketing strategies to support brand growth and client acquisition in LATAM.
  • Manage and localize global marketing campaigns across digital, offline, and event channels.
  • Plan and execute social media content and advertising in Spanish and/or Portuguese to drive engagement.
  • Collaborate with global and local sales teams to ensure marketing aligns with business goals.
  • Build partnerships with local influencers, financial media, and affiliates.
  • Lead local event participation (e.g., expos, seminars, roadshows) and manage related logistics and marketing.
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance, ROI, and customer behavior insights.
  • Ensure full compliance with local marketing regulations and brand standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in regional marketing, ideally within financial services, trading, fintech, or online brokerage.
  • Strong knowledge of Latin American consumer behavior and media channels.
  • Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English (Portuguese is a plus).
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
  • Self-motivated, well-organized, and comfortable working in a multicultural environment.
