We are supporting an iGaming operator in launching and developing a new project in Mexico. As the business builds its local team, we are looking to connect with marketing professionals experienced in acquiring players through mobile and social media campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise player acquisition campaigns targeting the Mexican market.
• Run campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and WhatsApp.
• Develop mobile-focused campaigns that drive registrations and first-time deposits.
• Work with creative teams to produce content tailored to local audiences.
• Monitor campaign performance, acquisition costs and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with CRM, retention and commercial teams to improve the player journey.

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in digital or mobile marketing within iGaming, including online casino and/or sportsbook.
• Hands-on experience running player acquisition campaigns in Mexico.
• Proven campaign experience across relevant channels such as Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok Ads and WhatsApp marketing.
• Experience targeting mobile audiences and optimising the journey from ad engagement to registration and first deposit.
• Ability to evaluate campaign results using metrics such as cost per acquisition, conversion rate and return on advertising spend.
• Understanding of Mexican player behaviour, local content preferences and the wider Latin American market.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, developing business environment.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Fluent Spanish and a good working level of English.
