About the Job

Role Objective

The Marketing Manager for Stand-Alone Boutiques is responsible for designing, executing, and supervising marketing strategies across boutiques and associated brands within the El Palacio de Hierro ecosystem. The goal is to increase brand visibility, drive traffic, boost sales, and strengthen customer loyalty while preserving the unique identity (ADN) of each brand. The role combines strategic thinking, tactical execution, and collaborative leadership to ensure a consistent experience across both physical and digital channels in a highly competitive luxury retail environment.

This position carries direct financial responsibility for budget execution, return on marketing investment, and overall campaign effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement marketing plans for boutiques, aligned with global business objectives while respecting each brand's identity, positioning, and DNA.
  • Coordinate promotional campaigns, new product launches, and exclusive events for brands and boutiques within the EPH ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with the Market Research team to identify consumer trends and behaviors in the retail sector and take action based on insights.
  • Manage the marketing budget assigned to each boutique brand, ensuring efficient resource use and cost control to maximize ROI.
  • Work closely with the sales, operations, and merchandising teams to ensure proper execution of marketing campaigns and alignment with overall business strategies.
  • Analyze campaign performance, monitor key metrics, and adjust strategies as needed to drive results.
  • Generate monthly and quarterly reports on boutique performance in terms of traffic, sales, conversion rates, and campaign impact.
  • Propose and execute innovative marketing strategies to enhance visibility and positioning of the boutique brands.

Key Performance Indicators

Success in this role will be measured by the achievement of specific KPIs, including:

  • Sales growth, both total and per boutique
  • Customer traffic to physical locations, driven by marketing initiatives
  • Conversion rate improvements, turning footfall into actual purchases
  • Impact and effectiveness of marketing strategies across all channels
  • Efficient budget management, ensuring optimal use of resources with a strong return on investment

Job Requirements

Education:

Bachelor’s degree required

Preferred fields include Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or related areas.

Language:

Advanced English is REQUIRED TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION.

Technical Skills and Knowledge:

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret marketing data to inform decisions
  • Mastery of digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, social media platforms, and email marketing systems
  • Experience in planning and executing marketing strategies with proven results in customer acquisition and retention
  • Proficiency in budget control and ROI-focused execution

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing within the retail sector, preferably in boutiques or specialized stores.

Demonstrated ability to lead marketing initiatives that drive sales performance and customer loyalty.
