Job Posting: Marketing Manager – Mexico

Location: Hanwha Vision México

Position Objective:

The Marketing Manager at Hanwha Vision will be responsible for tracking and analyzing digital campaign performance, managing the marketing budget, planning and executing events, maintaining strong relationships with partners, generating performance reports, and ensuring that all brand identity applications align with our corporate guidelines.

To succeed in this role, you should have hands-on experience with digital analytics tools and the ability to transform creative ideas into effective marketing projects. Ultimately, you will help build and maintain a strong and consistent brand presence in Mexico through various online and offline marketing initiatives.

Important: Only candidates with proven experience in the video surveillance or electronic security industry will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy Development: Create B2B marketing plans tailored to the Mexican market, considering local trends and the specific needs of the video surveillance sector.
  • Coordination and Management: Lead the implementation of marketing campaigns, ensuring effective collaboration between internal and external teams while meeting deadlines and budget constraints.
  • Event and Trade Show Management: Plan, coordinate, and oversee logistics for participation in industry trade shows and events, including space selection, booth design, promotional materials, and agenda management.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify business opportunities, assess competition, and understand customer preferences in Mexico.
  • Content Management: Develop and oversee the creation of marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, and digital content, ensuring brand consistency and effective communication.
  • Client and Partner Relations: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and strategic partners, acting as the primary marketing liaison.
  • Performance Measurement and Reporting: Monitor marketing campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and present detailed reports on results and return on investment.

Requirements:

  • Communication and Teamwork: Excellent ability to communicate and collaborate effectively.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the electronic security or technology sector, with at least 2 years in coordination or management roles.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and data analysis.
  • Experience in budget management and vendor negotiations.
  • Strong project management and leadership skills for multidisciplinary teams.
  • Knowledge of content development and communication strategies.
  • Experience in organizing and managing industry trade shows and events.

Personal Competencies:

  • Strategic thinking and results-driven mindset.
  • Leadership and assertive communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changes.
  • Excellent Spanish communication skills; intermediate to advanced English is desirable.
