The Opportunity
As Marketing Innovation & Project Analyst you will be working closely with the Innovation Marketing leads to provide project management support to an average of 5-10 new product innovations each year for Quaker Foods North America. This includes managing meeting agendas, timelines and coordinating innovation follow-ups and deliverables. The role interacts closely with cross functional teams including Marketing, Finance, R&D, Supply Chain, Sales, Insights, Legal, and Global Procurement
Your Impact
As Marketing Innovation & Project Analyst, your responsibilities will include:
Coordinate and maintain innovation project data and documentation in MyInnovation, including Gate presentations, project timelines, and governance calendars.
Manage access requests and permissions for cross-functional teams within the innovation systems.
Own and update the end-to-end Innovation Calendar, supporting multi-channel launches (Large Format, e-Commerce, Club, Customer Exclusives, etc.) and aligning with 3-year strategic planning.
Create and maintain shared tools such as the Project Teams site, ensuring availability of templates, timelines, ILT decks, and calendars.
Support weekly alignment meetings with Innovation Marketing Leads, tracking project progress, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely and high-quality execution.
Assist in the creation of stage gate documentation and ensure project transitions are completed accurately.
Prepare and update new product fact sheets and support key strategy initiatives including project reporting and market research.
Pull and interpret basic data to provide brand and category insights that support innovation decisions.
Maintain the innovation tracker and collaborate with Marketing, R&D, Sales, and Supply Chain to ensure alignment and clarity across functions.
Who Are We Looking For?
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication or related field, with 2–3 years of experience supporting innovation or marketing projects from a project management perspective.
Fluent English (written and spoken); must be comfortable working with cross-functional teams across the U.S.
Strong skills in project management, organization, and ability to manage up to 10 projects at once, ensuring timely execution and collaboration.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (intermediate level) able to interpret and leverage data provided by other teams.
A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with strong communication and influencing skills, adaptable to dynamic environments and shifting priorities.
