Overview

VENTES Mexico is now looking for a strategic and driven marketing leader who thrives on turning insight into action. In this role, you’ll take ownership of designing and executing marketing initiatives that fuel business growth by attracting and converting high-value prospects. If you’re a results-oriented professional who excels at both creative thinking and data-backed decision-making, this opportunity is built for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns aimed at accelerating sales performance.
  • Partner closely with Sales leadership to ensure marketing efforts directly support pipeline generation and revenue attainment.
  • Align marketing strategies with executive leadership’s vision and the broader goals of the organization.
  • Implement performance-focused campaigns across digital platforms (search, social, email, SEO) and traditional outlets (print, events, direct mail).
  • Continuously enhance user journeys—from landing pages to calls-to-action—to improve conversion outcomes.
  • Track, analyze, and optimize key performance indicators such as CPL, lead conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Oversee the use and optimization of CRM systems and automation tools to streamline lead nurturing.
  • Conduct ongoing competitive intelligence and market trend assessments to sharpen positioning and uncover new growth areas.
  • Launch and manage campaigns aimed at expanding customer lifetime value through retargeting and upsell efforts.
  • Report regularly on marketing outcomes, offering data-informed recommendations for ongoing improvement.
  • Manage multiple cross-functional marketing teams, ensuring coordination across departments and business lines.
  • Collaborate with Marketing leaders across the organization to unify messaging and campaign execution.
  • Adapt to business needs by taking on additional responsibilities aligned with the marketing department’s objectives.

Your Background

  • Demonstrated success in a senior marketing role with a focus on lead generation and bottom-line impact.
  • Deep expertise in both digital platforms (Google Ads, SEO, LinkedIn, Meta) and traditional marketing formats.
  • Comfortable using tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms to manage and analyze customer interactions.
  • Strong analytical thinking—able to transform data into strategic insights and actions.
  • Skilled communicator and collaborator with a proven ability to lead cross-departmental initiatives.
  • Consistent track record of delivering measurable growth in lead flow and sales enablement.
  • Experience in marketing service-based offerings (vs. physical products) is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional English fluency; experience working with U.S.-based clients is an asset.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business required; additional certifications (Google Ads, GA4) are advantageous.
