What role you will play in our team
  • Lead the exploration and development of current and new polyethylene market segment and sub-region strategies.
  • Support the application development team in coordinating, preparing, and leading pipeline discussions with team members regularly.
  • Collaborate with field sales, application technology development, customer development, supply, and distributors to accelerate market and development cycle times.
  • Conduct joint customer visits with account managers and account developers to present marketing packages to converters, including but not limited to new product launch packages, marketing communication materials, etc.
  • Advance application development opportunities and assist in the overall differentiated product value selling effort.
  • Support the application development team in executing the value chain engagement strategy.
  • Provide analytical reports to support the application development team's participation in the Regional Growth Team.
  • Provide guidance on pricing/premium targets aligned with value-based tools.
  • Assist in the development of marketing-led events like webinars or trade shows as deemed convenient.
  • Lead the development of marketing tools such as case studies, customer testimonials, and marketing communication materials as defined in the application development team strategy.
  • Utilize knowledge of polyethylene and polymer applications to enhance market strategies and development.

  • Experience with polyethylene and polymers
