CCSI is seeking a Marketing Design Associate in Tijuana to blend creative expertise with AI-powered tools and strategic thinking to deliver effective digital marketing campaigns and compelling visuals.

You will design materials, manage campaigns, analyze results, and collaborate with teams in a fast-paced corporate environment while taking ownership of projects and turning ideas into measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
2+ years of experience in marketing design, graphic design, or marketing communications.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Practical experience using AI tools in creative or marketing workflows.
Understanding of digital marketing strategy, campaign execution, and performance metrics.
Strong strategic thinking, autonomy, decision-making, and organizational skills.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
