Responsibilities
  • Elaborate and implement a local marketing strategy focused on directly and indirectly enabling sales and commercial success. Deploy marketing strategy into an implementation plan with proper follow up.
  • Enhance/develop hands-on B2B marketing tools and activities focused toward internal and external sales force (distributor's commercial organization) in order to enable sales. Collaborate with Business Development and Sales in demand generation activities and solution creations.
  • Responsible for accurate management of marketing budget and resources aligning usage with the Business Development Manager and Commercial Managers in the regions. Follow up on budget usage and measurement of effectiveness to drive decisions and priorities using dashboard and key indicators. Purchases to be fully aligned with Procurement Excellence principles and processes.
  • Responsible to form, coordinate and manage the local marketing team that will report to him/her and to interact with Business Development team.
  • Ultimately responsible for Value Proposition creation, alignment with Solution Brands process, brand architecture consistency and brand/solution positioning. Coordinate trademarks process locally and guarantee alignment with Yara Identity manual (branding, packaging audits, etc.).
  • Analyze market (Market Share, Brand Awareness, TOM, BAI, Positioning, Segmentation, Customer Journeys, NPS, CSAT) aligned with the Yara way of working. May include other local initiatives such as Mystery Shopper, Focus Groups, etc.
  • Interact/collaborate with Latam and Central Marketing Team in order to get steer and support in fully deploying Yara Marketing Strategy. Provide local support to implement initiatives with BULA Communication, BULA Digital Marketing and BULA Brand Managers.
  • Build and follow up Marketing Dashboard and KPIs
Profile
  • Agronomic engineer, marketing oriented. MBA or an MS in marketing is a plus
  • 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a marketing department with knowledge and experience in planning and execution
  • Background could be in Agronomy (with Sales/Marketing Experience and strong Sales orientation), Marketing or Sales (with basic agronomic competences)
  • Direct B2B sales experience is a strong plus
  • Experience in driving changes, searching for excellence, with a sense of urgency
  • Strong research and analytical skills in order to take fact based decision
  • Ability to think creatively and innovatively and participate proactively to Senior Management meetings
  • Built and control budget
  • Strong understanding of Sales dynamics and orientation toward impacting commercial activities
  • Ability to build/redefine strategy and implement end-to-end changes and innovations with strong focus on Sales
