Peggy Focheux Duval: Director of Learning & Development, France
The Standard, Mexico City is landing in the historic Tabacalera neighborhood—and we're not coming quietly. With 206 guestrooms, 27 branded residences, restaurants and bars with plenty to say, and a rooftop overlooking the Monumento a la Revolución, we're bringing a new kind of energy to Latin America.
Now we need a Marketing Coordinator to help make sure the right people hear about it.
We're looking for someone who knows that even the best ideas need a deadline, the right file name, and someone who actually follows up. You'll be organized, proactive, culturally curious, and ready to turn creative briefs into sharp content, smooth productions, memorable experiences, and very clear next steps.
Reporting to the Marketing Experience Manager, you'll work closely with the Marketing & Culture team and collaborators across the hotel to keep campaigns, partnerships, content, and events moving—from the first idea to the final recap.
The Opportunity
At The Standard, marketing isn't about making noise for the sake of it. It's about knowing what's worth talking about—and giving people a reason to join the conversation.
As our Marketing Coordinator, you'll be at the center of the action: supporting campaigns, social media, cultural research, creative production, partnerships, events, and all the behind-the-scenes details that make the visible parts look effortless.
You know the city—or can't stop trying to. You pay attention to what's happening in contemporary art, music, design, fashion, film, food, and nightlife, from major institutions to the independent scenes shaping what comes next. You don't need to know everyone, but you should know how to look, listen, ask the right questions, and spot something interesting before it becomes obvious.
This is a hands-on role for someone ready to grow within lifestyle hospitality while helping shape the opening of a hotel that was never meant to blend in.
What You'll Do
What You'll Bring
If you're culturally curious, relentlessly organized, and know how to turn a good idea into something people want to be part of, we should talk.
